Baked Beans, Casseroles at Congregational Church of Bristol
The Congregational Church of Bristol will hold its final baked beans and casseroles supper for the year on Saturday, Sept. 14. A traditional menu of delicious homemade baked beans, a variety of casseroles, salads, homemade biscuits, and a slice of freshly made pie for dessert will be served. The meal will be served with a beverage as well. The cost is $8 per plate.
Boat Poker Run Fundraiser is Sept. 8
The Bristol-South Bristol-area Boat Poker Run will take place Sunday, Sept. 8 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. to raise money for a local family who is in need of home repairs. There is $500 in cash prizes thus far.
