Boothbay boys cross country team placed second in the South Class C Regional championships at Twin Brook Recreation in Cumberland on Oct. 21. Kyle Ames placed fifth and Blake Erhard sixth to lead the Seahawks. Boothbay boys qualified for States, as did Lady Seahawks Glory Blethen, Faith Blethen and Haley Abbott.
Medomak Middle School Boys and Girls soccer teams will compete in the Busline League Soccer Championships on Saturday, October 21 at Point Lookout in Northport. The boys will play Oceanside MS at 12 noon, and the girls will play Camden-Rockport MS at 2 p.m.
