Ocean Blue Fitness recently added Olympic weight lifting to their programming. Olympic weight lifting is a great total body workout that leaves participants feeling strong and powerful.
The trainers at Ocean Blue will be incorporating these lifts into their small group training program as well as offering a beginners’ clinic Mondays and Fridays from 6-7 p.m., Oct. 1-12.
Also beginning in October Ocean Blue will be offering a Pilates Barre Fusion class on Wednesday mornings, 8:30-9:30 a.m. Fusing elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga and traditional strength training this class emphasizes focused and precise movements. A ballet barre, light weights and other props are utilized to create toning sequences designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance and alignment.
