Lincoln County Superior Court made decisions on numerous criminal cases involving drugs, theft, and sex charges, as well as probation violations from Oct. 7 through Dec. 18.
Roman Mank, 26, of Bremen was convicted of burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Jan. 25 in Bremen.
The court suspended all but six months of a two-year sentence with the state Dept. of Corrections (DOC), placed him on probation for two years and established restitution of $18,500.
Jolene S. Anderson, 22, of Harpswell was convicted of driving to endanger Aug. 15 in Damariscotta, fined $575, sentenced to two days in jail and had her license suspended 30 days. A charge of failing to stop for an officer was dismissed on plea.
David Beal, 36, of Waldoboro was convicted of two charges, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, and violating condition of release.
For the first count he was fined $400, and all but six months of a four-year jail sentence was suspended with probation for two years and restitution $500. He received a 90-day jail sentence for the second count.
The court also decided criminal forfeiture of property.
Jason J. Bent, 20, of South Bristol was found guilty of cultivating marijuana Aug. 14 in South Bristol and fined $750.
Earl Bieler, 24, of Waldoboro was convicted of theft by receiving stolen property Nov. 18, 2007 in Wiscasset.
Peter Collins, 45, of Waldoboro was found guilty of possession of scheduled drug March 3 in Whitefield, fined $1000 and sentenced to 30 days in jail. A count of illegal importation of scheduled drugs was dismissed on plea.
Linda S. Cota, 68, of Windham had a count of sexual abuse of a minor March 5, 2007 in Wiscasset dismissed because of a lack of a witness.
Kevin H. Delong, 29, of Wiscasset had his probation revoked because of a probation violation.
Robert Desrosiers, 21, of Wiscasset was convicted of two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal trespass March 5, 2007 in Boothbay Harbor.
For the first count he was fined $100 and restitution decided at $750. For the second count he was fined $100 and for the third count was fined $100.
Jason Dingus, 34, of Newcastle was found guilty of failing to make oral or written accident report June 7 in Newcastle and fined $250.
Ralph S. Grant, 40, of Waldoboro had charges dismissed of domestic violence assault and obstructing report of injury June 8 in Waldoboro because of lack of witness.
Joshua L. Graves, 29, of Newcastle had his probation partially revoked because of a probation violation and sentenced to 15 days in jail. Probation is to continue.
Corinne Gornto, 44, of Southport was found not guilty of a charge of domestic violence assault July 22 in Boothbay Harbor.
Joseph Greenleaf, 18, of Damariscotta was convicted of indecent conduct June 24 in Damariscotta and sentenced to seven days in jail.
Under a separate indictment, Greenleaf was convicted of indecent conduct June 24 in Damariscotta.
Tomas Hammond, 21, of Boothbay was found guilty of burglary of a motor vehicle, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and violating condition of release Sept. 23, 2007.
For each count he was sentenced to 20 days in jail.
Sandra M. Hinman, 54, of Alna was convicted of driving to endanger June 10 in Alna and was fined $750.
Warren E. Hisler, 30, of Waldoboro was found guilty of operating (motor vehicle) while license suspended or revoked, unlawful use of license, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, and driving to endanger April 3 in Waldoboro.
For the first count he was fined $500, and for the fourth count he was fined $575.
Joshua R. Hunt, 20, of Damariscotta was convicted of unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs Feb. 11 in Newcastle and fined $700.
Brandon E. Kavanagh, 23, of Warren was found guilty of operating (motor vehicle) while license suspended or revoked (prior) July 2 in Waldoboro.
He was fined $500 for the first conviction and sentenced to 24 hours in jail for the second conviction.
Frank J. Leathers was found guilty of criminal threatening and disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise July 20 in Waldoboro and was sentenced to 10 days in jail for each charge.
Nicholas A. MacPhee, 20, of Bristol was convicted of violating condition of release and operating under the influence (one prior) Aug. 10 in Bristol and fined $700.
Peter Massaniso, 25, of Santa Barbara, Cal. was convicted of driving to endanger, fined $575 and had his license suspended for 30 days. A count of operating under the influence was dismissed on plea.
Nathan S. McLellan, 24, of Washington was found guilty of operating (motor vehicle) while license suspended or revoked July 19 in Whitefield and fined $500.
Martin K. Molloy, 41, of Owls Head was convicted of violating condition of release and operating under the influence Aug. 17 in Damariscotta and fined $500.
Karena Parker, 31, of Waldoboro was found guilty of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs May 6 in Waldoboro and fined $400.
David R. Reed, 44, of Boothbay Harbor was convicted of operating (motor vehicle) while suspended or revoked (OUI) Aug. 6, fined $1000 and spent seven days in jail.
David Ruscetta, 64, of Edgecomb was found guilty of driving to endanger June 14 in Edgecomb, fined $575 and had his license suspended 30 days. A count of operating under the influence was dismissed on plea.
Vicki Swart, 41, of Damariscotta was found guilty of violating condition of release Feb. 15 in Damariscotta. She spent six days in jail.
George C. Teague, 41, of New Harbor was convicted of operating under the influence, fined $500, had his license suspended 90 days, and spent 48 hours in jail.
Paul W. Thurlow, 20, of Durham was found guilty of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal trespass March 12 in Boothbay Harbor.
For the first count, the court suspended all but 45 days of a four-year sentence with the state DOC with probation two years. For the second count, the court suspended all but 45 days of a 30-day jail sentence with probation two years.
John F. Vercoe, 45, of Westport Island was convicted of driving to endanger June 13 in Boothbay Harbor and fined $1000.
Jeffrey A. Weatherbee, 44, of Lincoln was found guilty of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and reckless conduct Nov. 7, 2007 in Wiscasset.
Russell J. Wellington, II, 50, of Wells was convicted of operating under the influence (one prior) May 25 in Newcastle and fined $700.
Christie J. Williams, 42, of Rockland had his probation partially revoked and was sentenced to 19 days in jail with probation to continue.
