The Waldoboro Police report the following:
Lance Mitchell arrested Sharon Knight, 50, of Waldoboro for cultivating marijuana.
Officer Thomas Bartunek arrested Michael Hannon, 33, of Waldoboro, for operating under the influence.
Officer Sean Kozer is investigating a report from a resident about receiving threatening phone calls.
Aug. 26, Officer Thomas Bartunek arrested Nicole Jones, 24, of Damariscotta, on a warrant out of Augusta.
Officer Zachary Curtis summonsed Lynsie Peters, 19, of Damariscotta, for failure to stop at stop sign.
Officer Sean Kozer arrested Kevin Brewer, 49, of Waldoboro, for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
Aug. 27, Sergeant Jamie Wilson arrested Janet Gamage, 52, of Rockland, for operating under the influence.
Aug. 28, Officer Jeffery Fuller summonsed Anthony Winchenbach, 27, of Waldoboro, for operating after revocation.
Officer Sean Kozer is investigating a report about vandalism in that someone cut the break lines and gas line of a vehicle.
Aug. 29, Officer Jeffery Fuller is investigating a report from the Big Apple of a $27.01 gas drive-off.
Aug. 31, Officer Jeffery Fuller is investigating a report that a resident is receiving harassing phone calls.
Sept. 2, Officer Michel Dutil summonsed Joseph Minoty, 26, of Waldoboro, for speed.
Officer Michel Dutil is investigating a report about an individual who owes money, and is threatening.
Sept. 3, Officer Thomas Bartunek arrested Jamie Cunningham, 26, of Waldoboro for operating under the influence.
Sept. 4, Officer Michel Dutil is investigating a report of a theft of a Poulin push mower.
Sept. 4, Officer Jeffery Fuller arrested Joseph Silverio, 44, of Lincolnville, for operating under the influence.
Sept. 5, Officer Sean Kozer is investigating a report about receiving harassing phone calls.
Officer Sean Kozer is investigating a report about someone throwing a metal chair through a window of a residence.
Sept. 6, Officer Jeffery Fuller investigated a report of threats over the phone; person was found and warned, and issued trespass order.
Sept. 7, Officer Jeffery Fuller is investigating a report of theft of a purse.
Michael Murphy, 86, of Waldoboro, was driving a 2005 Chevrolet, four-door sedan, with an estimated $7000 in damage.
Eric Levin, 67, of Glen Ellyn, Ill., was driving a 2009 Hyundai, four-door sedan, with an estimated $10,000 in damage.
The Murphy vehicle failed to yield the right of way to the oncoming Levin vehicle, causing collision with Levin.
The collision caused the Levin vehicle to leave the roadway going into the southbound ditch, striking a sign post, cement pad, ditch and other objects before crossing back over Atlantic Highway and coming to rest in the breakdown, northbound lane.
Murphy had bruises and abrasion to his arms, and passenger Maria Murphy had broken bones in leg area. She was taken to Maine Medical Center in Portland.
Aniela Levin, a passenger in the Levin vehicle, complained of pain in the arm area.
