Nov. 21, Jeremy Geroux, 32, of Newcastle, was traveling northbound on the Atlantic Highway around 8:17 p.m. when he ran off the road. Geroux’s 2004 Toyota, four-door sedan sustained $5000 damage. Geroux complained of pain in the head area. Officer Michel Dutil investigated.
As the result of the accident, Geroux was charged with operating after suspension and leaving the scene of an accident.
Nov. 24, Michelle Rolerson, 37, of Waldoboro was pulling out of the Big Apple parking lot onto the Atlantic Highway at 4:35 p.m. when her 2005 Dodge, pickup truck was struck by a northbound 1996 GMC, pickup operated by Leonard Wedge, 36, of Warren. Wedge was unable to avoid Rolerson’s vehicle. The accident resulted in $1500 damage to both vehicles. Rolerson complained of pain in the head area. Officer Michel Dutil investigated.
Nov. 26, Carla Walker, 48, of Waldoboro, was operating an eastbound 2000 Dodge, SUV on the Manktown Road around 8 a.m. when she lost control due to road conditions and came to rest in the opposite lane, striking a tree. Walker’s Dodge sustained $2400 damage. Officer Jeffery Fuller investigated.
Nov. 26, Virginia Thompson, 83, of Friendship, who was driving a southbound 2002 Dodge, four-door sedan on the Friendship Road around 6:30 p.m., hit a stone wall when she attempted to turn right into Sara Lane. The accident resulted in $900 damage to the Dodge. Officer Thomas Hoepner investigated.
Nov. 27, Megan Morgan, 29, of Washington, struck a deer that ran out in front of her 2009 Suzuki, four-door sedan on the Washington Road around 8:50 a.m. Morgan’s Dodge sustained $5000 damage. Officer Jeffery Fuller investigated.
