Dec. 19, 2012, Officer Sean Kozer arrested Colleen Sawyer, 47, of Waldoboro, for failure to produce vehicle or return it to the scene and refusing to sign summons.
Dec. 20, 2012, Officer Thomas Bartunek charged Shawn Brewer, 30, of Waldoboro, for assault, criminal mischief and 3 counts of possession of scheduled drug.
Dec. 21, 2012, Officer Jeffery Fuller arrested Gregory Blackler, 29, of Waldoboro, for assault and domestic violence assault.
Dec. 24, 2012, Officer Jeremy Joslyn summonsed Zachary Titus, 28, of Thomaston, for a violation of condition of release.
Dec. 28, 2012, Officer Jeffery Fuller arrested a 16-year-old juvenile on a warrant.
Dec. 29, 2012, Officer John Lash summonsed Zacariah Sawyer, 19, of Waldoboro, for criminal mischief, violation of conditional release and reckless conduct.
Jan. 1, Officer Jeremy Joslyn summonsed Cathie Harrington, 25, of Nobleboro, for operating after suspension.
Jan. 7, Officer Thomas Hoepner summonsed a 14-year-old male juvenile, of Waldoboro, for assault.
Jan. 7, Officer Jeffery Fuller arrested Dylan Willey, 20, of Waldoboro on a warrant.
Jan. 8, Officer Kozer summonsed Ryan Parlin, 24, of Bremen for failure to make oral or written accident report.
Jan. 12,Officer Lash summonsed Zachary Genthner, 21, of Waldoboro for operating after revocation and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.
Jan. 12, Officer Jeffery Fuller arrested Shawn Day, 19, of Waldoboro on a probation violation.
Jan. 12, Officer Jeremy Joslyn arrested George Gendron, 30, of Waldoboro for a violation of a protective order.
Dec. 20, 2012, Officer Sean Kozer is investigating a report from the Coastal Smoke Shop of a theft of approximately $20 worth of items.
Dec. 21, 2012, Officer Jeffery Fuller is investigating a report of criminal mischief; and is investigating a reported theft from a vehicle.
Dec. 22, 2012, Officer Jeffery Fuller is investigating a complaint of an attempted motor vehicle theft.
Dec. 22, 2012, Officer John Lash is investigating a complaint of a burglary with approximately $170 worth of items taken.
Dec. 26, 2012, Officer Jeremy Joslyn investigated a report of harassing phone calls. Subject was found and warned.
Dec. 28, 2012, Officer Jeffery Fuller investigated a report of harassing texts. Subject was found and warned.
Dec. 28, 2012, Chief William Labombarde is investigating a report of phone harassment.
Jan. 4, Officer Sean Kozer investigated a report from the Big Apple of a $10 gas drive off. The subject found and returned to pay for gas.
Jan. 5, Officer Jeffery Fuller is investigating a theft from the Waldoboro Smoke Shop. The value of items taken is unknown at this time.
Jan. 7, Officer Jeffery Fuller is investigating a theft of money from Goodnow’s Variety.
Jan. 8, Officer Sean Kozer is investigating a theft of fuel oil from the Irving Mainway; and, is investigating a $32.01 gas drive off from Maritime Farms.
Dec. 22, 2012, Officer Jeffery Fuller investigated an accident on the North Nobleboro Road at 10:58 a.m. Kimberly Reed, 18, of Warren, was driving a 2000 Jeep and Joseph Brann, 18, of Waldoboro, was driving a 2000 Chevrolet sedan. Brann stated he looked into a driveway while cresting a hill. He stated he crossed the center of the road and struck Reed in the opposite travel lane. Reed complained of pain in the leg area. Brann also complained of pain.
Dec. 29, 2012, Officer John Lash investigated an accident on Jefferson Street at 4:35 p.m. involving Travis Lee, 20, of Waldoboro, driving a 2005 GMC pickup truck. Amberley Benoit, 28, of Waldoboro, was driving a 2000 Dodge sedan. Lee pulled around a stopped vehicle to avoid an attacker with a shovel and pulled too far onto Main Street, where Benoit was traveling. Benoit couldn’t stop due to weather conditions and struck Lee’s vehicle.
Jan. 1, Officer Sean Kozer investigated an accident on the Washington Road involving Robert Griffin, 18, of Union, driving a 2005 Dodge sedan. Matthew McFarland, 29, of Washington, was driving a 2000 Dodge pickup truck. A passenger, Maureen Waterhouse complained of pain. Both vehicles were southbound on the Washington Road. Griffin stated he intended to turn around in a driveway on the left side of the road and pulled to right side of roadway and was making a wide left turn. Griffin said he put his left turn signal on at the last minute. McFarland saw Griffin pull to the right and believed it was coming to a stop. McFarland did not observe turn signal and attempted to pass Griffin. Griffin turned left toward driveway as McFarland was going around Griffin, causing both vehicles to collide.
Jan. 2, Officer John Lash investigated an accident on the North Nobleboro Road at 424 p.m. involving Alan Wotton, 25, of Waldoboro, driving a 2003 Saturn sedan. Wotton was traveling east on the North Nobleboro Road and was unable to stop at intersection at Winslows Mills Road. Wotton ran off roadway. Not reported until next day. Operator was charged with failure to give notice of accident by quickest means.
Jan. 8, while operating a 2004 Dodge, pickup truck south on the Bremen Road around 7:45 a.m., Ryan Parlin, 24, of Bremen crossed the oncoming lane and went off the roadway. Parlin struck a guardrail, went down an embankment and traveled approximately 156 feet before striking a tree. Parlin later stated he fell asleep. Officer Sean Kozer investigated.
Jan. 12, In the Irving Mainway parking lot around 6:32 p.m,. Zachary Genthner, 21, of Waldoboro, drove the 2002 Toyota sedan he was operating into the passenger side of a parked 2004 GMC pickup truck belonging to Eric Bradstreet, of Newcastle. There were no injuries. Officer John Lash investigated.
