Complaints
Sept. 23, Officer Michael Smith investigated suspicious activity on Water Street and found a small amount of marijuana in the bathroom and damage to a toilet paper dispenser.
Sept. 23, Officer Donald Smith investigated a report of a black Dodge Neon driving up and down Water Street with loud music playing, but could not locate it.
Sept. 24, Officer Donald Smith investigated a report of harassment on Heritage Lane.
Sept. 24, Officer Donald Smith assisted a vehicle with a flat tire at the Subway at 68 Bath Rd.
Sept. 25, Reserve Officer James Read investigated a report of an attempted theft of a trailer at the Wiscasset Yacht Club at 2 Water St.
Sept. 26, Officer Jason Warlick investigated a report of harassment.
Sept. 27, Chief Troy Cline restored peace at a domestic disturbance on Old Bath Rd.
Sept. 28, Officer Jason Warlick investigated a report of domestic disturbance on Gardiner Road.
Arrests/summonses
Sept. 30, Reserve Patrol Officer Alfred Simmons arrested Justin Eliason-Robbins, 22, of Wiscasset, for an outstanding Sagadahoc County warrant for failure to pay fine or fee.
Sept. 30, Chief Troy Cline arrested Joel Peaslee, 37, of Edgecomb, on an outstanding warrant after a traffic stop for failure to stop at a stop sign.
Accidents
Sept. 23, Officer Donald H Smith investigated a motor vehicle accident at 78 Gardiner Rd. and 58 Hooper St. at around 5:24 p.m. involving a gray 2004 Honda Odyssey and a black 2011 Kia Sportage. No injuries were reported.
Sept. 25, Officer John S Van Horn investigated a motor vehicle accident at Wiscasset Ford at 378 Bath Rd. at around 12:11 p.m. involving a green 1998 Mercury Marquis in the ditch. No injuries were reported.
Sept. 29, Patrol Officer Jason Warlick investigated a motor vehicle accident on Bath Road near the Woolwich town line at around 7:45 p.m. involving blue 2004 Jeep Liberty that hit a deer. No injuries were reported.
