Diners, who have made reservations, will be treated to a choice of a boiled Roound Pond Maine lobster or a sirloin/rib eye steak butchered at the Yellowfront Grocery Store, both of which will be prepared by Diane Impallomeni, Foodservice & Hospitality Director, Kieve-Wavus Camps for Boys and Girls. Rounding out the menu will be fresh corn on the cob from Spear’s Farm Stand, seasonal salads, fresh biscuits, and a summer dessert. Round Top ice cream and assorted beverages will also be available. Can’t decide which to have, lobster or steak, or have a big appetite? Order Twin lobsters, steaks or combination. Local musicians, singers and songwriters have been invited to share their talents by jamming on the deck.
