If you are new to or you have been using your your digital SLR camera on auto, you probably are a bit befuddled by all its buttons, levers, displays, and menus. And, most likely, you are finding the instruction manual of little help. In this July 22, 2:30 p.m. seminar at Spectrum Generations Coastal Community Center, 521 Main Street in Damariscotta, the major camera controls will be identified and defined. Learn where they are usually located and what they do. And, as importantly, the specific settings you need to apply immediately before taking each picture will be made clear.
This workshop faciltated by retired photographer, Bob Gorrill, will focus on ways to improve your photography.
This workshop is not for smart phone cameras nor for point and shoot cameras without controls. You should bring your fully charge digital camera to this seminar, along with the camera’s instruction manual Also, be sure you have a full charge on your camera Participant Fee: $20. Advanced Registration Required. Minimum class size three students. To register call 563-1363.
