On Wednesday afternoon, July 27, 2:00 p.m. at Spectrum Generations Coastal Community Center, 521 Main Street in Damariscotta join local iris gardener Louise Hardina for a conversation about iris culture. Based upon her experience, Louise will offer simple tips for planting, dividing and maintaining iris in your garden patch.
Participation Fee: $5. Just in time for late summer planting, register for Louise’s how-to-grow, maintain and divide bearded iris workshop call 563-1363. Workshops and classes at the Coastal Community Center are open to community members across all generations. No membership fee or age requirements just the desire to expand one’s horizons.
