Tai Chi is an effective way to improve health and wellbeing. This program is specially designed for those with arthritis. Tai Chi exercises the entire body. At the same time, Tai Chi strengthens the mind. During the course of this evidence based program, participants will focus on Improving strength, balance, mental health and relieving stress.
