Alison Jean Brewer, 51, of Nobleboro, passed away suddenly on the afternoon of May 4. Born on Nov. 20, 1964, she was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and aunt.
She attended Lincoln Academy, and lived and worked locally, raising her family. Her greatest joys were spending quality time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and with her pets. Her love for animals was undeniable.
She was predeceased by her sons, Scott Wayne Brewer Jr., and Tyler Scott Brewer; father, Robert Sykes; mother, Mabelle Sykes; and brothers, Gerald “Roy” Sykes and Robert “Bunky” Sykes.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Scott Brewer; son, Christopher Brewer and wife Megan Angelos; daughters, Morgan Brewer, and Lesley Vakas and husband Andrew; grandchildren, Marcus, Ezra, Aeson, and another soon to be grandson in July; brother, Michael Sykes and wife Robyn; sister, Jennifer Clark and husband William; in-laws, Richard and Yvette Brewer; brother-in-law, Richard Brewer, Jr. and wife Jean; sister-in-law, Cheryl Poland and husband Scott; as well as many nieces and nephews.
