Arthur E. Jones, 100, of Nobleboro, passed away on the afternoon of June 11 at the LincolnHealth – Miles Campus. Born in Nobleboro on April 3, 1918, he was the son of Melrose and Eola (Jackson) Jones, and the husband of the late Faith Jones.
A small graveside service, with military honors, will be held at 3 p.m., Sat., June 16 at the Highland Cemetery in Nobleboro. A full obituary will be published in next week’s edition of The Lincoln County News.
