Henry James Hovance returned to his Heavenly Father on his day of birth May 30. He was born at Maine Medical Center in Portland with his parents, and grandmother present, along with wonderful doctors and nurses.
His parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents came to meet him and say goodbyes that day and were able to be a part of the special day along with a volunteer photographer from the area through the ‘Now I lay me down to sleep’ foundation. Many hugs and kisses were exchanged and memories made that will last a lifetime.
Henry is survived by his parents, James and Tracy Hovance (Tozier) of Walpole; older sisters, Sophia, Madison, and Arlene; grandparents, Joe and Jeanne Hovance of Walpole, Tracy and Laura Urbaitis of Winthrop, and Daryl Tozier of Solon; great-grandparents, Donald and Donna Tozier of Sidney, Lee and Cheryl Kimberling of West Gardiner, Connie Kimberling of Farmingdale, Mark and Susan Urbaitis of Augusta, and Emily Pearl of Chelsea; many aunts, uncles, and cousins who love him dearly.
There will be a celebration of life at the Hovance’s home in Walpole at 2 p.m., Sun., June 8.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Henry’s aunt Kayla Barnes, at 2 Jesse Rd., Topsham, ME 04086. She also has set up an account at gofundme.com for Henry.
