Muriel Winchenbach, 57, of Bath, passed away at her home on the morning of Aug. 18, after a hard battle with cancer.
Born on Dec. 19, 1958, she grew up in Waldoboro and later moved to Bath. She shucked clams and picked crabmeat most of her entire life.
She loved playing Texas Hold’em Poker and going to Hollywood Slots. She was the life of any party and always said what was on her mind.
She was predeceased by partner, Sue Buxton; parents, Ralph and Beatrice Winchenbach; brother, Larry; and sister, Veronica.
She is survived by sons, Travis Winchenbach and granddaughter, Riley of Bath, and Dale Boyington and grandchildren, MaKayla and Mason of Waldoboro; brothers, Eugene Winchenbach, Ralph Winchenbach Jr., Allen Winchenbach, Monty Winchenbach, and Dale Winchenbach, all of Waldoboro; sisters, Linda Boyington of Warren, Charlene Boyington and husband Ralph, Sandra Soule, Patricia Isabel, Beatrice Quintal and husband Louie, all of Waldoboro, and Darlene Grierson and husband Bob of Thomaston; many nieces, nephews and cousins; and close friend, Mona Arst.
Per Muriel’s request, there will be no service. There will be a private service for the family.
