Sheriff Todd Brackett reports the following:
On April 11, Sgt. Matthew Day was dispatched to a report of a burglary of a summer residence in the Nobleboro area. The case is under investigation.
On April 11, Detective Sgt. Ronald Rollins, assisted by Detective Terry Michaud, was investigating a burglary at a summer residence in Nobleboro when they came across another residence that appeared to have been broken into. The case is under investigation.
April 11, a 15-year-old female juvenile from Somerville was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, on Academy Hill, Newcastle, by Deputy 1st Class Bridgham.
April 6, Brian Lawrence, 51, of Nobleboro, was arrested for domestic violence assault, on Upper East Pond Road, Nobleboro, by Deputy Chad Gilbert.
April 6, Kyle M. Gornto, 23, of Southport, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear by Deputy Chubbuck, after he turned himself into Two Bridges Regional Jail in Wiscasset.
April 6, Norman A. Palmer, 28, of Newcastle, was arrested for operating under the influence, on Academy Hill, Newcastle, by Deputy Chubbuck.
On April 10, an accident occurred on Ocean Point Road in Boothbay involving Raymond Perry, 17, of Boothbay. Perry was operating his 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt too fast for the roadway and, as a result, he lost control of his vehicle and went off the roadway and into a ditch. Deputy Chubbuck was the investigating officer.
