Sheriff Todd Brackett reports the following:
On Sept. 17, Deputy 1st Class Brian Collamore was dispatched to a complaint of found property in the Bristol area. The complainant said a couple of donation tubes, which had been reported stolen a few days prior, had been found and brought to the Pemaquid Watershed Association office. Due to multiple people handling the items, they were unable to be processed.
Sept. 17, two 17-year-old males, a 17-year-old female, two 16-year-old females, and a 14-year-old male from Vassalboro; a 16-year-old male and two 16-year-old females from Windsor; a 15-year-old male from South China, and a 16-year-old female from Chelsea were issued summonses for minor consuming liquor, on Main Street, Whitefield, by Deputy Aaron Beck.
Sept. 17, Jakob J.A. Church, 18, of China Village; Avery Murphy-Anderson, 19, of Brunswick; Devon Klockow, 20, of Brunswick; Jarod C. Dye, 19, of Hallowell; and Kevin Stebbins, 19, of Gardiner; were issued summonses for minor consuming liquor, on Main Street, Whitefield, by Deputy Beck.
Sept. 17, Zachary T. Glidden, 18, of Whitefield, was issued a summons for possession of marijuana, on Main Street, Whitefield, by Deputy Beck.
Sept. 13, Ryan A. Gallagher, 43, of Damariscotta, was arrested for domestic violence assault, on Oyster Creek Lane, Damariscotta, by Detective Jared Mitkus, who was assisted by Damariscotta Sgt. Jason Warlick.
Sept. 14, Peter E. Townsend, 32, of Nobleboro, was arrested for violating condition of release, on Teal Lane, Nobleboro, by Deputy Ryan Chubbuck.
Sept. 14, Jordan M. Smerdon, 19, of Bristol, was arrested for burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, on Benner Road, Bristol, by Detective Scott Hayden.
Sept. 14, Matthew J. Christ, 23, of Bristol, was arrested for burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, on Bristol Road, Bristol, by Detective Hayden.
Sept. 16, Dustin R. Bibber, 27, of Edgecomb, was arrested on a probation violation, on Old County Road, Edgecomb, by Deputy Justin Drake, who was assisted by Sgt. Brendan Kane.
Sept. 17, Sean M. Pignatello, 50, of Whitefield, was arrested for allow minors to consume/possess alcohol, on Main Street, Whitefield, by Detective Hayden.
On Sept. 14, an accident occurred on Route 129 in South Bristol involving Greg L. Dalot, 39, of Wilton. Dalot was operating his 1984 Kawasaki Voyage motorcycle southbound when it blew its front tire, causing Dalot to lose control. As a result, his motorcycle slid onto its side and into a guardrail. Deputy Chad Gilbert was the investigating officer.
On Sept. 14, an accident occurred on Bunker Hill Road in Jefferson involving Russell C. Bryant, 56, of Bristol. Bryant was operating his 2015 GMC Canyon northbound when a deer ran out in front of his vehicle and was struck. Deputy Chubbuck was the investigating officer.
On Sept. 16, an accident occurred on Bristol Road in Bristol involving Cory L. Limberger, 26, of Vassalboro. Limberger was operating his 1998 Toyota Tacoma southbound when he lost control of his vehicle, leaving the roadway on the right side and striking numerous trees and a stonewall before coming to rest at the entrance of Woodward Farm Road. Sgt. Matthew Day was the investigating officer.
On Sept. 17, an accident occurred on Gardiner Road in Dresden involving Lori L. Dishman, 47, of Boothbay. Dishman was operating her 2003 Pontiac northbound when, she said, she looked down for a minute and drove off the roadway. Her vehicle then struck some rocks and continued across a field before striking an embankment and coming to rest on some more rocks. Deputy Caleb Poirier was the investigating officer.
Sept. 6, Elizabeth Meyers, 76, of South Bristol, speeding 40 mph in a posted 25 mph speed zone, Route 129, South Bristol, Deputy 1st Class Collamore.
Sept. 10, Erik Sodergren, 22, of Woolwich, operating after suspension, Augusta Road, Jefferson, Deputy Kevin Dennison.
