Dec. 21, Amanda Wallace, 34, of Jefferson, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and violating conditions of release, on Main Street, Newcastle, by Deputy Ryan Chubbuck.
Dec. 21, Joshua Kittrell, 22, of Sabattus, was issued summonses for attaching false plates and violating condition of release, on Hopkins Hill Road, Newcastle, by Deputy Chubbuck.
Dec. 30, Jeffrey Davis, 36, of Woolwich, was issued a summons for possession of a useable amount of marijuana, on Route 1, Nobleboro, by Deputy Chubbuck.
Dec. 31, Caitlyn Barter, 23, of Boothbay, was issued a summons for operating vehicle without a license, on Pension Ridge Road, Boothbay, by Deputy Aaron Beck.
Dec. 21, Jazmine Hummel, 20, of Bath, was arrested on a violation of bail warrant, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Transport Deputy William Owen.
Dec. 21, Michael B. Burns, 33, of Wiscasset, was arrested on three counts of domestic violence assault – priors, violating condition of release, and possession of firearm by prohibited person, on Perkins Road, Dresden, by Detective Jared Mitkus.
Dec. 26, Austin F. Monti, 22, of Nobleboro, was arrested on a Lincoln County warrant for a bail violation, on Duck Puddle Road, Nobleboro, by Detective Scott Hayden.
Dec. 27, Andrew C. Buck, 37, of Nobleboro, was arrested on a Lincoln County warrant for failure to appear, on Upper East Pond Road, Nobleboro, by Detective Hayden.
Dec. 27, Colby J. Wadleigh, 20, of Newcastle, was arrested on a Lincoln County warrant for failing to pay fine, on Sheepscot Road, Newcastle, by Deputy Beck.
Dec. 27, Roy C. Molt, 56, of Bristol, was arrested for operating under the influence, on Bristol Road, Bristol, by Sgt. Brendan Kane.
Dec. 29, Alexandre A. Gorey, 25, of Edgecomb, was arrested for criminal trespass, theft by unauthorized use of property, and violating condition of release, on Murray Hill Road, Boothbay, by Detective Mitkus, who was assisted by Boothbay Harbor Officer Devin Polizzotti.
On Dec. 27, an accident occurred on Hollywood Boulevard in Alna involving Brandon W. Johnston, 24, of Jefferson. Johnston was operating his 2000 International Harvester northbound when, due to icy road conditions, he lost control of his vehicle, went into the opposite lane, and rolled his truck over into a ditch. Deputy Chubbuck was the investigating officer.
On Dec. 27, an accident occurred on Bristol Road in Bristol involving Roy C. Molt, 56, of Bristol. Molt was operating his 2009 Subaru Outback northbound when he lost control of his vehicle due to a coughing spell. As a result, his vehicle left the roadway and struck a stop sign and a large tree. Sgt. Kane was the investigating officer.
On Dec. 29, an accident occurred on Rockland Road in Somerville involving Troy J. Woodman, 34, of Warren. Woodman was operating his 2004 Ford F-150 westbound when he lost control of his vehicle. As a result, his vehicle left the roadway and rolled onto its side. Sgt. Alan Shea was the investigating officer.
On Dec. 30, an accident occurred on West Street in Jefferson involving Paul E. Arsenault, 57, of Jefferson, and Glenwood S. Griswold, 42, of Jefferson. Arsenault was in his 2014 Toyota Tundra, plowing snow on West Street, and started backing up when Griswold drove up, through a snowbank, behind Arsenault in his 1986 Toyota. Arsenault did not see that Griswold had pulled up behind him and, as a result, he backed into Griswold’s vehicle. Sgt. Shea was the investigating officer.
On Dec. 30, an accident occurred on Jones Woods Road in Newcastle involving Lacy A. Babineau, 31, of Newcastle. Babineau was operating her 2004 Subaru Forester southbound and due to the icy/slushy road conditions, she started to lose traction and overcorrected. As a result, her vehicle went off the right side of the roadway and struck a fence, then a chicken coop. Deputy 1st Class Brian Collamore was the investigating officer.
On Dec. 30, an accident occurred on Route 1 in Edgecomb involving Gene S. Coffin, 44, of Bath. Coffin was operating his 2010 GMC Sierra southbound when a sheet of ice flew off a passing box truck going northbound. The ice struck his vehicle, causing damage to the windshield and hood. The box truck was described as being white, but no other information could be provided. Deputy Justin Drake was the investigating officer.
On Dec. 31, an accident occurred on Pension Ridge Road in Boothbay involving Caitlyn Barter, 23, of Boothbay. Barter was operating her 1998 GMC Sonoma northbound, near the intersection of Townsend Lane, when her vehicle left the roadway on the right side and struck a tree. Barter was traveling too fast for the road conditions, which were snow- and slush-covered, causing her to lose control of her vehicle. Deputy Beck was the investigating officer.
On Jan. 1, an accident occurred on Route 1 in Newcastle involving Jeffrey P. Tillinghast, 35, of Newcastle. Tillinghast was operating his 2003 Toyota Tundra northbound and, due to the roadway being untreated and extremely icy, his vehicle slid off the right side of the roadway, went down an embankment, and came to rest against a tree. Deputy 1st Class Collamore was the investigating officer.
On Jan. 2, an accident occurred on Vannah Road in Nobleboro involving Khristy M. Carter, 34, of Warren, and Janet B. Wirth, 67, of Tenants Harbor. Wirth was operating her 2007 Honda Fit southbound when traffic in front of her began to slow due to the glare of the sun. Carter, who was traveling behind Wirth in her 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer, did not see Wirth slowing because of the glare and struck the rear of her vehicle. Sgt. Matthew Day was the investigating officer.
