The Waldoboro Police Department reports the following activity for the period of Oct. 26 to Nov. 5:
Davis Crowell, 26, Waldoboro, aggravated reckless conduct, terrorizing, violation of condition of release, Oct. 28.
Joseph Richards, 34, Waldoboro, assault, Oct. 30.
Logan Robitaille, 22, Waldoboro, warrant, Nov. 2.
Jeremy Griffin, 27, Waldoboro, harvesting clams without a town license, Nov. 2.
Oct. 26: Officer Thomas Bartunek investigated an accident on Washington Road at 10:55 p.m. Danielle Whitehill, 25, of Appleton, was driving a 1990 Chevrolet pickup truck north when a tree fell on the truck while it was in motion. There was damage to the vehicle but no injuries.
Oct. 30: Officer Bartunek investigated an accident on Ice House Road at 6:04 p.m. Richard Maguire, 52, of Waldoboro, was driving a 2005 Chevrolet pickup truck east. Maguire backed into a tree, causing damage to the vehicle but no injuries.
Nov. 5: Officer Larry Hesseltine investigated an accident on Old Augusta Road at 12:30 a.m. Tristan Bissett, 21, of Waldoboro, was driving a 2007 Chevrolet pickup truck west. The truck was spinning its tires when it left the road on the left side and struck a guardrail. There were no injuries.
Oct. 31: Officer Hesseltine investigated a report from Tucker Chevrolet of the theft of a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu.
Nov. 3: Officer Hesseltine investigated a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle.
Officers responded to 171 calls for service.
