The Waldoboro Police Department reports the following activity for the period of Jan. 30 to Feb. 4:
Luke Wooster, 42, Waldoboro, violation of condition of release, Jan. 31.
Joseph Boardman, 31, Waldoboro, attaching false plate, failure to maintain vehicle insurance, Feb. 4.
Daniel Willey, 24, Friendship, failure to make oral or written accident report, leaving the scene of an accident, operating after suspension, violation of condition of release, Jan. 31.
Jan. 30: Officer Larry Hesseltine investigated an accident on Atlantic Highway at 11:30 a.m. Tammy Luce-Warren, 44, of Union, was driving a 2003 Ford utility vehicle with two passengers, Brianna Luce, 20, and a male juvenile, 13. Luce-Warren was driving west, too fast for conditions, when she lost control of the vehicle, which left the roadway, hit a snowbank, and rolled over.
Jan. 30: Officer Hesseltine investigated an accident at the intersection of Main Street and Old Route 1 at 3 p.m. Daniel Larsen-Sorterup, 18, of Waldoboro, was driving west on Old Route 1, too fast for conditions, when he went through the intersection and struck a residence.
Jan. 31: Officer Hesseltine investigated an accident on Depot Street at 10 a.m. Daniel Willey, 24, of Friendship, was driving a 2016 Ford sedan south, too fast for conditions. The vehicle went off the road, striking a utility pole guide wire and damaging landscaping materials.
Feb. 2: Officer Chris Spear investigated an accident on Atlantic Highway at 11:12 a.m. Justin Hawes, 20, of Union, was driving a 2001 Toyota utility vehicle. Travis Carpenter, 28, of Rockport, was driving a 2010 International medium/heavy truck. James Smith, 46, of Jonesport, was driving a 2004 Chevrolet light truck. Hawes was driving north when he rear-ended Carpenter, who was making a left turn into a business. The Hawes vehicle spun around and entered the southbound lane, hitting the Smith vehicle, which was southbound.
Feb. 4: Officer Hesseltine investigated an accident on Washington Road at 10:15 a.m. Mallory Nickels-Blastow, 21, of Thomaston, was driving a 2004 Dodge utility vehicle north, swerved to avoid something, and due to wind and road surface conditions, lost control of the vehicle, which went off the road, rolled over, and landed upright.
Feb. 4: Officer Hesseltine investigated a report of the theft of approximately $10 of change from a vehicle.
Officers responded to 164 calls for service.
