Harry Hillton, 63, Wiscasset, harassment by phone, Nov. 30.
Christine King, 52, Wiscasset, operating under the influence, Dec. 1.
Gregory Miller, 34, Wiscasset, probation violation, Nov. 26.
Isaac Ward, 37, Wiscasset, two family matters warrants, Dec. 1.
Lauren Witwicki, 27, Wiscasset, operating under the influence, Nov. 28.
Andrew Redmond, 28, Augusta, speeding, Nov. 26.
Nov. 30: Vehicle struck an owl. Owl spent the night at the police department before going to Avian Haven for rehabilitation.
Dec. 1: Christine King, 52, of Wiscasset, was driving her 2016 gray Volkswagen Golf north on Route 27. King pulled over to let a vehicle pass. King then backed her car off the roadway into a ditch.
Dec. 1: Vehicle crashed into Ingram Fine Art building downtown. Report not complete, further details unavailable.
Nov. 26: Officers conducted a 911 check (verbal domestic dispute – peace restored), gave a warning for speeding, conducted a 911 check (verbal domestic dispute – peace restored), investigated a report of erratic operations (could not locate vehicle), investigated a burglar alarm (building secure), and conducted a pedestrian check.
Nov. 27: Officers called A.D. Electric Inc. to fix the traffic lights at the intersection of Route 1 and Route 27, contacted the owner of an abandoned vehicle (vehicle removed), assisted a citizen, investigated a report of erratic operations (could not locate vehicle), assisted the Falmouth Police Department, assisted a citizen, gave a warning for a car parked blocking a sidewalk, and gave four warnings about the winter parking ban.
Nov. 28: Officers assisted a citizen (civil issue), assisted the Wiscasset Fire Department at the scene of a structure fire, conducted an ongoing theft/forgery/fraud investigation, investigated a report of a traffic hazard (unfounded), assisted a citizen, received a civil complaint (questions about custody issues), and investigated a report of erratic operations (gave warning for operation).
Nov. 29: Officers conducted a drug investigation, investigated a report of a burglary (building secure), investigated a report of suspicious activity (unfounded), assisted the Maine Department of Health and Human Services, and investigated a noise complaint.
Nov. 30: Officers gave two warnings for parking over the time limit, assisted the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office with a prisoner transport to Two Bridges Regional Jail, and assisted the Wiscasset School Department.
Dec. 1: Officers conducted a welfare check, issued a parking ticket for a vehicle over the time limit, investigated a report of suspicious activity, conducted traffic control in the school zone on Federal Street, gave two warnings for speeding, investigated a report of erratic operations (could not locate vehicle), and investigated a report of erratic operations (made arrest for OUI).
Dec. 2: Officers assisted with a medical emergency, investigated a domestic disturbance (gave two warnings for disorderly conduct), investigated a report of harassment, conducted community policing (Sgt. Craig Worster attended the town tree-lighting), and gave four warnings for speeding.
