“It was a good game. We were down 13-7 and battled back,” coach Dave Laemmle said.
Hitting for Lincoln were Laemmle with a triple and Gus Hunt, Matel, York, Fink and Andrew Greenleaf with a single each.
Lincoln took a 2-0 lead in the 1st inning on a two run double to deep center field from York. Camden tied the game, then took a 3-2 lead in the top of the 5th. Lincoln scored a run in the home half of the 5th to tie the game at 3-3. Cross doubled and scored on a Zach Tozier double.
Chris Sullivan scored the winning run in the bottom of the 6th when he drew a walk, stole to third and scored on a passed ball.
Hitting for Lincoln were York, Cross and Tozier with a double each.
