The Town of Damariscotta has received an application which requires Site Plan review. The application, submitted by 671 Main St., LLC of Damariscotta, ME, proposes to construct a parking lot at Tax Map 003, Lot 040 (671 Main St, Damariscotta). The Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing to take comments on the application at the Town Office, located at 21 School St, Damariscotta, on Monday, April 6, 2026 at 6:00pm.
