Policy on social media comments

The Lincoln County News welcomes comments on social media posts, but will delete posts for the following reasons:

1.    Profanity, including abbreviations or partial profanities.

2.    Nudity or otherwise sexually explicit material.

3.    Abuse, harassment, hate speech, or threats.

4.    Spam.

The LCN may delete other comments at the discretion of its social media administrators. The LCN may ban individuals or pages that repeatedly violate this policy.
