Live Well, the fifth and final issue of Lincoln County Magazine for 2019, will hit newsstands later this month with local copies of The Lincoln County News.
The magazine, now in its second season after a successful creative revamp, includes features about living a happy, healthy life. The cover features a photo from “Healing hands,” a feature about licensed massage therapists and their approach to mind-body wellness written by LCN Arts and Lifestyle Editor Christine LaPado-Breglia.
The issue also includes recurring features, such as the popular “50 Years Ago in Lincoln County” column, “On the Trail in Lincoln County,” “Artist Q&A,” and a featured recipe.
LaPado-Breglia serves as the magazine’s editor. Amber Clark and Megan Hyson, graphic designers for The Lincoln County News, oversaw the look and layout for the Live Well edition of Lincoln County Magazine.
The free magazine arrives as an insert in local copies of The Lincoln County News and is available at many area businesses and visitor centers.
Five issues of the magazine are published from May through September, and each edition has its own theme: Outdoors, Live from Lincoln County, Farm and Table, Made in Lincoln County, and Live Well.
Outdoors, the first issue of the 2019 Lincoln County Magazine season, was included in the May 23 edition of The Lincoln County News, while Live from Lincoln County was included in the June 12 edition. Farm and Table was released in the July 11 edition, and Made in Lincoln County was included in the July 31 edition.
All four are in wide distribution, and Outdoors and Live from Lincoln County are available at lcnme.com. Farm and Table, Made in Lincoln County, and Live Well will all be posted in upcoming weeks.
