Damariscotta Lake State Park in Jefferson will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays this summer due to lack of help.
Currently the park is down to one lifeguard. There were no lifeguards available the week on July 11-15.
Anyone interested in lifeguarding can apply online at maine.gov/dacf.
