District Attorney Natasha Irving will speak about restorative justice at the next Integrated Medication Assisted Treatment Services Advisory Team meeting, set for Thursday, Dec. 19 from 7:30-9 a.m. The meeting will take place at the LincolnHealth Education Department, 66 Chapman St., Damariscotta, in classroom 4.
The advisory team welcomes people to attend and is seeking new members. Health care providers, family members of those in recovery, people in recovery, educators, law enforcement officials, business owners, and interested community members can join this team. The goal is to provide education, reduce the stigma around substance use disorder, and answer any questions that may arise about this disease.
