Old Bristol Historical Society needs volunteers to dip cedar shingles in preservative before they are applied to the building. This is another stage in the process of restoring the Mill at Pemaquid Falls. Work days are scheduled for Saturdays in April at the mill from 9 a.m. to noon. Other days can be arranged. This is no-skill, no-strength, no-intelligence but necessary work. Gloves, comfy chairs and radio provided. A great way to meet new people and get out of the house.
