Oktoberfest Waldoboro, which will take place on Saturday, Oct. 12 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Cider Hill Farm, 72 Medomak Terrace, Waldoboro, will offer many activities and games for both children and adults, but volunteers are needed to make it happen.
People are asked to please volunteer for this day of fun, games, music, food, and drink. Oktoberfest Waldoboro’s rain date is Oct. 13.
One can volunteer to guide adult participants with a barrel race, with Hammerschlagen, and with the beer relay. The kids will need volunteer help with cornhole, Giant Jenga, pumpkin painting, and cookie decorating, along with puppet shows.
Oktoberfest Waldoboro is also looking for help setting up and breaking down.
