Local musical instrument manufacturer NS Design, a Ned Steinberger company, along with Schooner Landing Restaurant and Marina in Damariscotta are proud to co-sponsor The Company Stores on Tuesday, Aug. 13 from 6-9 p.m. at 40 Main St., Damariscotta.

The Company Stores band is an energetic, modern Appalachian rock band from Charleston, W.V., making a special stop in Damariscotta between tour dates in Boston and Montreal.
Led by singer Casey Litz’s soulful, sassy vocals with a funky horn section and a heavy backbeat, The Company Stores group is sure to bring to the party a unique blend of rock and roll.
The Company Stores bassist Michael Micucci and violinist/trumpeter Joseph Cevallos are both NS Design artists and educators. As wonderful ambassadors for the NS Design brand, Micucci and Cevallos also run school clinics and concerts with their bandmates while on tour.
Micucci said of his NS Design upright bass, “The CR4 upright bass is incredible. Combining the sonic flexibility, portability, road-toughness, ease of setup, and amplification of an electric bass with the deep, rich timbre of an upright has revolutionized my approach to creating music.”
The Company Stores are Litz, vocals; Micucci, bass; Cevallos, violin and trumpet, Matthew Marks, guitar, mandolin, and ukulele; Matthew Jackfert, keys and trombone; and John Query, percussion.
