Medomak Arts Project, at 13 Friendship St. in downtown Waldoboro, will host a night of free music on Friday, Aug. 24 from 6-8 p.m. The featured performers will be singer-guitarists Heather Richard and Tim Hill.
Hill is a well-known folk artist in the area whose gravelly voice has led to his being referred to as the Johnny Cash of the Midcoast. Richard is a folk artist from Sausalito, Calif. whose style and sound are reminiscent of Joni Mitchell.
Beer, wine, and snacks will be available.
