The MVHS Players at Medomak Valley High School in Waldoboro proudly presents this year’s Dessert Theater events. Shows will take place at 7 p.m., Thursday-Saturday, May 25-27.
The cast members are Juno Buendia, Amber Hagin, Antyna Gould, Elizabeth Flanagan, Hailie Brown, Eileen Monroy, Wyatt Sykes, Zac Cushman, Andrew Beaucage, Allison Lupien, Daisy Lee, Emily Lupien, Noah Dean, and Joel Morin. The crew consists of Danica Juntura, Abby Williams, Emma Kavan, Jordan Hayes, Josh Hagin, Abby Bradeen, Will Cox, Emma Brooks, Caitlyn Brekenfeld, and Katie Staples.
Nancy Durgin is the director; the tech and set director is Matthew Kopishke; and Kerry Watts-Weber is the costumer.
The theater group offer two shows for the price of one this year. The first half of the evening will feature “The Shame of Tombstone,” a hilarious melodrama.
Next, an intermission with pie and beverages will take place in the Medomak Valley High School cafeteria, served by the talented cast and crew.
After getting their “just desserts,” audience members will be laughing at four vignettes collectively titled “You’re Driving Me Crazy.”
It is sure to be a fun-filled and delicious event. Tickets will be sold at the door for $8 for adults and $5 for seniors and students.
