The free live music series at Oxbow’s farmhouse brewery in Newcastle continues in March on Friday evenings. The O.G.’s will perform on Friday, March 2 from 6 to 9 p.m.
In addition to the free performance, Oxbow will release two new bottles.
Arboreal, Oxbow’s amber farmhouse ale, is back. This popular beer is fermented and aged in second-use bourbon barrels.
In addition to Arboreal, Oxbow will also release Life On. This barrel-aged Biere de Mars is a subtly smoked French farmhouse ale.
Both beers spent 22 months in production and can be enjoyed within five years.
Italian sandwiches from S. Fernald’s Country Store will be available again to purchase as well as the usual tasting room snack offerings. Oxbow always has local cheese from Fuzzy Udder Creamery and pickles, pretzels, meat, and non-alcoholic drinks from Morse’s Sauerkraut on hand.
