Members of the public are invited to the upcoming Van for Vannah fundraiser, part II, on Friday, April 27 from 6-9 p.m. at Mobius Inc. in Damariscotta.
Last November, a benefit spaghetti dinner was held in Friendship to raise money toward the purchase of a wheelchair-accessible van for Savannah Robinson, a Mobius volunteer who has a progressive disease that causes her to rely on the use of a wheelchair. This second fundraiser will be a paint party to raise more money for the van.
There will be sparkling cider, cheese and crackers, cupcakes, cookies, and so on, and a raffle for a candy jar (full of candy, of course!) will be held.
The price of admission to the Van for Vannah fundraiser is $30.
