Wildwood Studio, at 309 Main Road on Westport Island, will hold a new fall course aimed at unlocking the deeper, often hidden, meaning of one’s life. This course for women will use both journaling and images inspired by the Tarot.
One will meet the Major Arcana from the Tarot deck. These cards will open the path to take one’s own journey, a heroine’s journey. Each week, a card will be created to document this journey.
The group will be kept small to allow time for the creative juices to flow, to write in one’s journal, to visualize, to collage one’s journey onto cards as a personal record resulting in a personalized Women’s Journey Deck. The class will meet monthly. This is an ongoing group. Signup is by the month. The group will meet Thursdays from 1-3 p.m. on Sept. 7, 14, and 21; Oct. 5, 12, and 19; Nov. 2, 9, and 16; and Dec. 7 and 14. Please note corrected dates.
