Brian Papineau
Mid-Coast Energy Systems in Damariscotta is pleased to announce that Brian Papineau has joined its estimating department.
Papineau graduated from Southern Maine Community College with an associate degree in electrical engineering technology. He went on to earn a bachelor’s degree from the School of Engineering at University of Maine, Orono in the same field. According to Papineau, with degree in hand, he asked local tradespeople for names of solid, reputable companies to work for and Mid-Coast Energy Systems was recommended to him several times.
Papineau says he has always been fascinated with electricity and that interest led him to study engineering. When asked what he likes most about working for Mid-Coast Energy Systems, he confirmed that “it’s the people involved — both colleagues and customers. I enjoy helping people, and I feel like a team player here.”
A Boothbay Harbor native, Papineau spends a lot of his time there working on his family’s Salt River Farm.
