The Schooner Cove and Chase Point communities on the LincolnHealth — Miles Campus are pleased to welcome Bruce Hardina to their marketing staff.
A summa cum laude graduate of SUNY Stonybrook, Hardina earned a master’s degree in education from Long Island University. He has owned and/or operated various businesses, including a restaurant and an alarm company. He was a public school teacher, as well as a columnist, editor, and publisher for local newspapers and magazines.
In addition to his academic and business accomplishments, Hardina has been an active volunteer in the community for more than a decade, working with Damariscotta River Association, Pemaquid Watershed Association, Damariscotta Pumpkinfest, the Damariscotta-Newcastle Lions Club, and others.
“I have known Bruce for several years now, and am confident he will do an outstanding job,” said Chase Point Executive Director Wanda Wilcox. “We know that his skills and dedication to our mission will serve our residents and members of the community well.”
In addition to the marketing of the two facilities, Hardina’s primary responsibility will be working with families to help them find the best living circumstances for themselves and/or their loved ones.
