Finish Line Detailing, of Damariscotta, now offers a new, custom vinyl lettering and graphics service.
Sean McGregor, president of Finish Line Detailing, recently purchased a vinyl cutter and plotter with the ability to print vinyl decals and letters.
The vinyl decals and letters can be applied to almost any surface either indoors or outdoors, including windows, painted wood, and Plexiglas. McGregor is also available to assist customers with designing logos.
Since he started offering the service in July, McGregor has created a sign for a local business and done lettering on a number of boats.
“The possibilities are really endless,” McGregor said. “It can be used to put store hours on the front door of a business or to make a menu board. It’s really whatever people need.”
Pricing depends on the size, colors, and details of the work. Same-day turnaround is available for simpler orders, and McGregor said most work can be completed in three to five business days.
In addition to vinyl lettering and graphics, Finish Line Detailing also offers hand-washing and waxing, upholstery cleaning, window-tinting, and undercoating services. Gift certificates are available.
Since opening the business in May, McGregor said he has been thankful for the community support.
“Things have been going very well so far,” McGregor said. “I’ve been hearing great things back from customers and I’m looking forward to continuing to bring that level of service.”

Finish Line Detailing is located at 74 Biscay Road in Damariscotta and is open Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon. The business is closed on Sundays.
