Waldoboro resident Heidi Straghan has recently joined the Farrin Properties team in Damariscotta.
Straghan has had a long time interest in all things real estate and has bought, fixed, and sold a number of personal and investment properties over the years. She is looking forward to helping others in their real estate endeavors, whether it be buying or selling real estate in the Midcoast area.
“Having worked with a number of brokerages over the years as a client, I know firsthand how a good realtor can make for a great real estate transaction, and how a not so great realtor can turn the experience into something less than stellar. In the end, my hope is that everyone I do business with can sincerely say I did a great job for them,” Straghan said.
“In the short time I have been with Farrin Properties, I have been truly impressed with their dedication to their clients, their community, and each other. I look forward to learning and growing with them,” Straghan said.
In addition to her real estate passion, Straghan and her family raise Nigerian Dwarf dairy goats on a farm in South Waldoboro. They soon hope to work their hay fields with a set of Suffolk Punch Draft horses that are currently in training.
“I have met so many great people in the last 12 years I have lived (in Waldoboro), and the area is beautiful. We are close enough to all the necessities of life but far enough away to enjoy the natural beauty that surrounds us,” Straghan said.
Straghan is looking forward to introducing prospective buyers to all the area has to offer, as well as helping sellers realize their goals.
Farrin Properties is located in the Pine Grove Plaza at 767 Main St. in Damariscotta, right at the junction of Main Street and Route 1.
