Pet owners in the Lincoln County area have a unique new service available to them. Heather E. Leeman is now offering expert dog grooming, along with pet portrait sessions, in her serene home-based studio called Hollyoaks Dog Spa and Studio.
By marrying Leeman’s passion for making dogs look and feel their very best with her extensive photographic skills, pet owners can rest assured that their dogs will receive expert care in a quiet, safe environment, and receive a lovely image of their pet as well.
Leeman has many years of dog-show handling experience and was an extremely popular groomer at a busy Damariscotta shop for several years. Her interest in dogs has led her to study canine behavior and nutrition extensively over the last decade.
Hollyoaks Dog Spa and Studio, located at 657 N. Mountain Road in Jefferson, offers one-on-one care for each pet during the pet’s individual appointment time. Only natural dog shampoos, conditioners, and ear cleaners (and treats!) are used to ensure the safest and healthiest grooming experience.
After each grooming session, a portrait will be taken and then sent electronically to the owners. Photos may be saved in an album, shared with friends, or printed. Photo sessions for special occasions are also available.
