After years of considerable thought and planning, Steve Malcom, the company’s owner and CEO, decided the optimal course for Knickerbocker Group’s future is to essentially convey the company to its employees in the form of an ESOP. Malcom supports this transition with the belief that Knickerbocker group is what it is today due to the collective hard work, dedication, vision, and passion of its team.
