After working for a number of energy companies in their combined 50 years of experience, Caitlin Pinkerton and Nick Falabella recently opened their own business, CN Heating and Monitor Services, in Round Pond.
Area residents may know Pinkerton and Falabella from their time at Mid-Coast Energy Systems Inc. in Damariscotta, but as of Sept. 11, the two work independently for their own business.
“A lot of people requested us when we were working there, and so we really want people to know we’re still in the area, we’re just working from out here now,” Falabella said.
CN Heating and Monitor Services is fully licensed and insured. The business handles all aspects of service and installation, but specializes in oil-fired heating systems and monitor and Toyostove heaters. It also offers annual service contracts for central heating systems.
“We can really handle almost anything,” Falabella said.
In order to ensure quality control, CN Heating and Monitor Services will likely remain a two-person operation, Falabella said.
“We believe in integrity, quality, and honesty,” Falabella said. “We want to make sure we can guarantee our customers are getting the best level of service we can offer.”
CN Heating and Monitor Services keeps regular hours, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Emergency service response is available after business hours during the week and on the weekends.
