LincolnHealth recently received a $150,000 gift from Spectrum Medical Group in support of the new health center project on the Lincoln Health — Miles Campus in Damariscotta.
“Spectrum has provided excellent care at LincolnHealth for many years,” commented LincolnHealth President Jim Donovan. “We deeply appreciate their thoughtful and generous support in this important project.”
Based in South Portland, Spectrum Medical Group is the largest physician-owned, multispecialty medical group in Maine. Spectrum physicians provide anesthesiology, radiology, and pathology services at LincolnHealth.
The result of more than eight years of research and planning, the new health center will improve access to primary and specialty health-care services, improve patients’ experience of care, and help LincolnHealth retain and recruit new physicians to the area.
Spectrum Medical Group joins the Miles Memorial Hospital League and the First National Bank as leadership partners in the funding and support of this vital effort.
