Stars Fine Jewelry in Damariscotta hosted its first-ever Spring Fling, a collaboration with local businesses to celebrate the changing of the seasons with fashion, food, and giveaways on Thursday, April 25.
A portion of the sales from the event benefited the Olympia Snowe Women’s Leadership Institute.
Partnering with Stars for the event were Metcalf’s Submarine Sandwiches, Consigning Women, Laura Cabot Catering, Emporium Engraving by Louis Doe, Flowers by Louis Doe, About Face Skin Care and Salon, Sip Wine Education, and Fisherman’s Catch.
The event will return in the future, said Frieda Hanlon, who co-owns Stars Fine Jewelry with her husband, John Hanlon.
Stars Fine Jewelry is located at 65 Main St. in downtown Damariscotta.
