S and J Llama LLC, of Waldoboro, is pleased to announce the creation of the BugTussle Annex, a state of the art co-work and meeting space located in the Historic Village District of Waldoboro, in the heart of the Midcoast region.
Located at 251 Jefferson St. on the third floor of the Jefferson Street Professional Building, the BugTussle Annex is a functional extension of the BugTussle Brooder, a 20,000 square-foot light industrial development project on Depot Street in Waldoboro.
The BugTussle Annex features 3500 square-feet of state-of-the-art co-working amenities, including a range of comfortable shared open work areas; carrels; shared, semi-private, and private cubicles; and private offices.
Both shared and dedicated workstations will be available to members, as will high speed fiber broadband and Wi-Fi; multiple black and white, and color printing technologies; document copying and scanning; and other typical business office necessities.
Both large and small conference rooms will be available, each with state of the art projection and tele-conferencing capabilities. Coffee, tea, and fresh-daily baked goods will also be available on site.
The annex will offer these multiple levels of co-working services with very affordable monthly memberships, from basic open shared-space to completely private offices, ranging in price from $65 to $350 per month. Seasonal half-day, full-day, and weekly Wi-Fi passes are anticipated.
Also available at the annex will be a highly configurable, medium-sized meeting venue for public and private events, meetings, seminars, retreats, fundraisers, recitals, concerts, and other group gatherings for up to 100 people.
Large format video and movie projection equipment can be provided for use in this larger space. Event catering by very highly regarded Laura Cabot Catering will also be available, by separate arrangement.
Seth Hall, managing member of S & J Llama LLC, said their intention is to create a facility that caters to both local and regional individuals, tele-commuters, professionals, start-ups, nonprofits, and companies needing flexible, configurable space on a short or long-term basis.
Off-site team building and staff meetings for local companies are also perfect uses for this type of space. The shared co-work spaces are especially useful for collaborations and brainstorming.
