AccidentsJan. 21, Gregory Stoddart, 43, of Cushing, operating a 2006 Isuzu truck, was stopped at traffic light on the Atlantic Highway at 2:49 p.m. Daniel Briggs, 31, of Old Town, driving a 2006 Toyota sedan, coming up behind Stoddart’s vehicle and was distracted, reading a map, and ran into the back of the Isuzu. There were no injuries. Officer Larry Hesseltine investigated.

In a day of training in Waldoboro Feb. 13, over 20 members from local law enforcement agencies learned how to help get medical care to those that need it in tactical situations.
