A Winter Weather Advisory issued by the National Weather Service at 2:55 p.m. on Sunday warns that Lincoln County residents may see more power outages as a storm brings mixed precipitation to the area during the overnight hours. NWS Issues Advisory for Sat. Storm
Updated at 5:22 p.m. — Latest NWS bulletin increases forecast snowfall accumulation from 1 to 4 inches to 2 to 5 inches. Heaviest snowfall expected along immediate coast.
At 11 a.m. Saturday the National Weather Service issued a Winter Weather Advisory in regard to a storm forecast to move through the area beginning in the afternoon hours. Snowfall may be heavy at times in the late afternoon and evening hours of Saturday, with a total accumulation of 1 to 4 inches, according to the NWS bulletin. The Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until midnight.

Lincoln County remains under a Winter Storm Warning, a Wind Chill Advisory and a Coastal Flood Watch through the morning hours of Friday as a significant winter storm begins to taper off in the area, according to the latest bulletin from the National Weather Service. A Blizzard Warning has been withdrawn.
