A dog that has been on the loose in the downtown area of Waldoboro is causing concerns among residents and authorities. The Waldoboro Police Dept., which has been searching for the dog with the Waldoboro Animal Control Officer, has been unable to confirm reports that the animal is a wolf hybrid.
