Milton “Milt” C. Van Vlack, 85, passed away at the Gregory Wing in Boothbay Harbor on April 15, joining his beloved wife, Jan, who predeceased him in February 2009.

A memorial service for Richard L. “Dick” Ripley, of Rockport, who passed away on Feb. 3, will be held 11 a.m. – 3 p.m., Sat., May 7 at the Rockland Elks Lodge, 210 Rankin St., Rockland. A private family burial will be on Mon., May 9 at the Lakeview Cemetery in Union.

Arlene “Bunny” Lucas Dean, 74, of Boothbay Harbor, passed on April 16. Bunny was born in Long Branch, N.J. on May 7, 1941 to Richard A. and Ruth Marie Lucas.

Carolyn Denny Reny, 91, of Damariscotta, passed on April 16 at her home of 65 years on Biscay Pond.

Craig Brice Johnson, 54, of Wiscasset, died April 12 at his residence.

A graveside service for Theodore A. Jones Sr., of Washington, who passed away on Feb. 14, will be held at 1 p.m., Sun., May 1 at the Skidmore Cemetery in Union.

Robert Day, 73, of Jefferson, passed away at his home on April 15 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born Nov. 19, 1942 in Waldoboro to Marjorie Hilton Day.

Isabel C. Starke, 101, passed away on March 26 in Hilton Head, S.C. She was born on March 25, 1915 in Yonkers, N.Y. and most recently resided in New Harbor, and Hilton Head, S.C.

A graveside service for Patricia Waltz, of Jefferson, who passed away on Jan. 10, will be held 10 a.m., Sat., April 30 at the Trask Lawn Cemetery in Jefferson.

Edna Elizabeth Black passed away March 22 in North Carolina. She was born Nov. 15, 1925 in Massachusetts to William and Bessie Jacobsen and grew up in Bremen.

Clifton Arthur Ennis, 83, of Windsor, died April 9 at MaineGeneral Hospital after a long illness, surrounded by family.

Alan Henry Olson, 71, of Damariscotta, loving husband and father, passed away at LincolnHealth – Miles Campus on April 12 after a 10-year battle with cancer.

Jean S. Hanna, 89, longtime resident of Pemaquid Harbor and New Harbor, passed away peacefully on April 6.

Ann Maurine “Annie” LeSuer, 56, of Damariscotta, passed away unexpectedly at home the morning of Saturday, April 9.
